  9. It saddens us all Cow. To read the absolute drivel you write.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Cow, you peace of shit!

I did try to post your drivel in its entirety.

The least you could do is be thankful that here you will be able to carry on your hate mongering on this blog, if you chose to do so, without the do-gooders and standard-bearers over at your imperialist BBC.

    ReplyDelete
  11. This is great, without the Beeb weasels to protect him we can tell Cowpoop how much of a wanker we think he is :D

    ReplyDelete
  12. It saddens me to say that your loyal audience has almost assuredly cost you your position here. They always went too far. They took delight in enticing and bearbaiting the mods with vitriol and nonsense, and even people such as myself, who empathised with their feelings on this point, could scarcely withstand the foul and all too cowardly method of their attacks. It was base and vile, played out like a game by a gang of ne'er-do-wells with far too much time on their hands and rather too little wit to use it wisely. Each and every one bears a chip on his shoulder, and each and every one views the world through a contorted lens. They cannot be honest with themselves, and this will prove a considerable problem for you with time. Your wit is beyond theirs, but their hatred is equal to the very worst our day has to offer. Even the reigning 'intellectual' of the bunch, a person who unashamedly uses your blog as a stepping stone into his own, posts entries that look like a demented cat had a fit all over the keyboard; to many he represents all that's wrong with modern education in that even a person with a degree in history simply cannot write. And always there's a person who has to be hated, and whether it's JDR or McNulty or even me, they have to condemn without once opening their ears to the truths they'll never be able to face. Without a common enemy, this abject state of perpetual discontent will eventually find its way to you. There's no other possible conclusion.

Their pictures now show us what a bunch of gormless little drips we've been dealing with all along, but regrettably, their contribution to this blog's demise has already been stamped and sealed for all the Robboless days to come. The BBC, its Chief Football Writer and even the mods had no choice left to them, and I regret now that I wasn't bright enough to heed Chris Charles's pleas earlier in the year. We all should have read the warning signs sooner. And so it is that these miserable little men, who cause so many to pick up and leave their broken country behind, have now put paid to one of the few genuinely truehearted voices that remain.

I'm forced to wend a way through manuscripts each and every day, which provides fair means of assessing what is and isn't readable. When at your best, your wit was sublime, while your similes are as acute and deftly-weighted as any modern author could hope to strike. In this area you're simply without comparison. You're better than the swallowing rabble: don't lose your voice to the deafening nonsense of their pain; if you do, you'll never get it back. And your voice is too precious to be lost in the depths of theirs.

Good luck, Robbo, but always watch their approach with caution.

Dont forget to ask questions lads

    ReplyDelete
  53. my guess is that Mexico are adept at keeping and passing the ball...playing it arsenal/barc/spain stylee...
England just can't compete with that and rely on nicking a goal...

    we're all doooomed

    ReplyDelete
  54. England's defence is shit... Milner is not a holding midfielder... and if England come up against a lot of teams of Mexico's height they will score from set pieces. Mexico should be in front, only through Green has England managed to maintain a lead.. utter shit.

    ReplyDelete

Why would you, when the deck is as shit as it is at Wembley? they'd be better off playing at Central Park at Sittingbourne for fuck's sake.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Walcotts pace has given them trouble FBH... Where are King and Ferdinand... and Milner and Carrick may as well not be there.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I like King but got causght out of position and overcommitted at least once

    ReplyDelete
  59. I think I've solved our team's problems ... play our defenders as strikers and play our strikers as defenders .... we'll even have a use for Heskey's 'presence' then.

    ReplyDelete
  60. my stream has lost its signal. no idea what is happening now.

    ReplyDelete
  61. 3 1 now Bo - Johnson blidner - cut in from the right win and shot from outside the box into top left corner from his left foot - v good goal

    ReplyDelete
  62. I caught that goal thanks FBH... was a goodun too... I'll try to pick up another stream.

    ReplyDelete
  63. So according to the chief naysayers it was all our fault that Robbo got canned.

Anyone else like to point out to them that if the comments were the problem then the Beeb could have simply went pre-mod like McNumpty's attempt at writing.

I can't really be arsed arguing with them any more. Although I would like to meet Andre face to face to have a word.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Rooney doesnt look his usual self - at least we are playing better 2nd half - and Gaz violence never solved anything - flowerrs and chocolates maybe maybe not

    ReplyDelete
  65. Followingborohurts said...
and Gaz violence never solved anything - flowerrs and chocolates maybe maybe not
    ------------------------------

Flowers and chocolates aren't the answer FBH. it's very difficult to batter someone with flowers. Go for half a brick or a baseball bat Gaz. Much more effective.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I've never punched anyone in my life. I've always thought violence never solved anything.

    But for Andre...

    ReplyDelete
  67. That was the most expensive substitution ever - cost Citeh 1million

    ReplyDelete

The turnaround time on your bbc blog is painfully slow - hwy have you sacked Robbo Robson?
Many thanks in anticipation of your reply.

    Sent the abiove to

    ReplyDelete
  69. I hope Cashley doesn't get injured cause Baines aint no substitute at left back.. Gerrard must be fucking Capello 'cause the way he has been playing, it is the only logical reason he is still in the squad. On tonight's effort, Milner wont go to SA... as for the team performance, I repeat it was shit... 3-1 was very flattering.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hey Col, is that you... got started on the fosters early mate... you type well fer yer age too.

    ReplyDelete
  71. That Lewis blog is worse than mcnulty's.. I posted a comment on there at 7.51 and it is still awaiting moderation.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Normally get started on the Fosters around 11am and finish around midnight and I still type better than FBH.

    ReplyDelete
  73. There are certain letters that FBH takes offence at, he tends to leave them out every now and then.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I saw you got modded over on the FBBC earlier Bo. What did you say?

    ReplyDelete
  75. The Fucking BBC Bo. From the day they announced Robbo and CC were getting punted I am refusing to refer to them as anything else.

    ReplyDelete
  76. OK found it... no idea why they modded it Col... this is what I posted.

    My Last Post

Good luck Robbo... we'll all be waiting for you at the new blog mate.

I've been waiting for Star's last effort but he has either been banned or he just couldn't be bothered trying to outwit the mod w a n k e r s anymore.

Type to the regulars at the other blog... bye BBC.

maybe they don't like wankers mate... they are not alone there though are they.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Fair enough mate... I haven't bothered going back there... don't have mods here anyway... just hope some of the wankers come over... I see we have one joined up so far (coweslepe that is)

    ReplyDelete
  78. My oh my what language gentlemen! I will hold fire with my post-Beeb analysis, although if you catch me commenting after midnight, I can't be quite so refined.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I'm sure I saw JDR on here the other day as well. Should make for some lively debate if there are no mods to keep things civil.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Robbo please reply to Andre on the Beeb blog and try to get him over here

    It'll be fun!!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Just been over to the sports editors blog. there are posts from 3 hours ago that still haven't been modded.

    ReplyDelete
  82. That's what freedom of speech is all about Col... providing nobody is inciting violence, anyone can say what they like as far as I am concerned... providing they are prepared to accept criticism or worse from others.

    ReplyDelete
  83. With you on that one Bo. I was surprised by how many people defended Cow's rant over on the FBBC earlier. Think the mods were a bit over zealous in their last days in the job.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Bloody Hell, have you all moved in already?

England looking good eh, another 8 jammy 3-1 wins and we'll be World Cup Winners again!

    ReplyDelete
  85. I appreciate the folk here for that Col... they do tend to defend anyone's right to speak. The mods at BBC went too far... The power that was invested in them went to their heads methinks.

    ReplyDelete
  86. All we need is to have to play 8 teams who's average height is 5'2" and get half a dozen corners a match and we are certainties Trott.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Evening Trott. It's good here over on the darkside. You can call Thierry Henry a cheating weasel. You can even call GNev a cunt. Contrary to what you may have heard, the FBBC have not killed it and freedom of speech is alive and well.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Now then, lads, all the stuff out of boxes?

And admit it, who broke the vase?

    ReplyDelete
  89. I cannot tell a lie Spit, it wasn't me.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Yo Bo, so, we just need to play Korea (North and South), Mexico, Japan, China, Paraguay, Vietnam and Denmark under 11's in the final. Easy.

Colch, I tell my Kids that I'm all in favour of that freedom of speech until we disagree and then they can furgeddaboutit.

    ReplyDelete
  91. And for fuck sake, put the empty beer bottles aside....

Jeeeeeeeeeezz. this place needs a house keeper.

Thats what you get when you bring a bunch of footy fans to help you move.

Now where's the carton with me pants?

    ReplyDelete
  92. You got it Trott... if we come up against a side with height though, we are fucked mate, no doubt about it.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I actually thought Walcott had a pretty decent game. He and Johnson were linking up brilliantly on the right side with plenty pace, causing their defence all sorts of bother.

Gerrard was below par i.e. his usual self in an England shirt. Capo shoul give him a rest and play Lamps behind the 2 front men.

Adam Johnson and A. Cole on the left will be brilliant as well.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Of course the mods are awake Colch, since when have robotic overloards of doom ever needed sleep?

Oh and to agree with others, please try and persuade Andre over here. It'll be fucking hilarious when we take him down the pegs needed that the Beebs filters wouldn't allow us to do previously >:D

    ReplyDelete
  107. Is it me or does this site refresh quicker than the Beeb too!?

All we need is Charlesy to set up shop and we're sorted.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Just seen Andre's post on the Beeb version:
"Niall, now is your chance to leave 'Robbo' behind and actually move on with your life. You have an excellent chance for some personal growth. Don't throw it away."

If anyone, and Robbo this goes for you too, needs some personal growth I've got a few emails I can forward onto you.

  123. G'day Jack... I haven't been back there since my last post (which was modded by the way.) I'll hang around here until the regulars turn up mate.

The Eagles were total crap on Sunday Jack... if you haven't watched the highlights don't bother.

  126. Bo,I noticed a 17 point lead in the 3rd quarter soon turned into a 35 point defeat.Fitness issues again?

  127. Bo,I think Capello is a lucky general.Again a very poor performance and yet a flattering 3-1 win.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Star,I assume you'll approve.Just put Chris Cornell on in the shop.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Not really Jack, the Saints just turned it on for ten minutes... that's all it took... but the eagles were dreadful all day.

  130. Englands win was very flattering mate, I could hardly believe my eyes when they were two up... Mexico were by far the superior team.

  131. 6 unanswered goals I think.Are St Kilda contenders?

    ReplyDelete
  132. Robbo, I came up with a solution to our woes last night.

Play our defenders as strikers as King and Johnson can score some good goals and put some of our strikers as defenders.

Crouch's height would come in handy (as he demonstrated for Spurs with dealing with Delap's throw ins) and we'd even finally have a use for Heskey's 'Presence.'

  133. Bo,I've never understood the stick England managers have been given over the years. We aren't a very good side.Never have been.I think 3 1/4 finals on the trot for Erikson was a very good achievement.Mind you,I don't believe anything our press write to hype them up...

    Nice one :)

  136. I don't think the saints are contenders Jack, they have a couple of players to come back from injury but they were almost as bad as the eagles mate.

I think we grossly overestimate our (England) team Jack... our expectations far outweigh the teams quality.

Have to leave for a short while... catch ya later.

  172. Truce and touche, for Robbo

Yesterday afternoon, after reading the last blog and posting what I’d thought would be a final comment, I cancelled the BBC account and was on the point of setting the whole Robbo thing aside. Then I received the notice that the post had been moderated, which in turn brought me back to the blog and the comments that followed.

Now the hijackers here haven’t quite picked up on this yet as they simply choose to ignore, mock and spew against the numerous comments posted against them, but if Robbo’s going to make this a successful venture, then those of us who aren’t cut from your particular cloth are going to need to stay around. It’s that simple. There needs to be balance. Robbo’s been ousted from a good job, and despite the fresh impetus that comes with striking out on your own, this has to be a difficult time for him. You can feel it in his responses. As our whole point here is, or at least should be, to support the freedom of speech that he’s championed for so long, we should all get behind him by not simply dousing hatred all over one another. It has to be this way, otherwise people like JDR, Andre and myself simply won’t bother dropping in, which means, in time, the blog would peter out and fail. This isn’t cowardice on our part: it’s merely a question of not allowing our own voice to be twisted and abused by prejudice and stupidity. My hope is that those who feel as I do will give the new blog a sporting chance, not just as silent observers (called ‘lurkers’ here), but as active contributors and supporters.

This obviously isn’t going to work with everyone. But for those ‘regulars’ who can think and see, I’m going to clarify my own feelings here as they’ve been deliberately skewed by Blog and Co.; take it for what you will, but I’d hardly be ‘hiding’ or falsifying here, now would I? This will not read kindly, but the intention is only to prevent the repetition of a lie. In essence, I’m doing what has been asked of me for the sake of preventing others from continuing on with accusations and bile in my name, as let’s face it, even my silence doesn’t do anything to shut them up. So please, let’s get this over with now such that all the ‘right wing’ epithets are placed into proper context. Say what you will and attack where you see fit, that’s all fair enough, but don’t turn me into something I’m not and then proceed with hateful comments based upon the wilful misreading. That’s all I ask. Starfire’s morning spew in the BBC blog should give you an idea as to why it was brought to an end; this simply can’t happen here or there won’t be a blog at all. It’s funny, but this is what is technically termed fascistic behaviour, and as always it would seem, it comes from one who can’t even spell it properly (‘faschist’).
Hopefully, what follows will be enough, and afterwards we can get back to the football. This will be a memorable World Cup, and having had Robbo around for so long, it’s hard to imagine some of the banality it will no doubt contain without him enabling us to find the laughter inside it all.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Making liars think

I’m not a racist, nor am I in any way connected to the right wing of our society. The only politician I’ve ever admired is Al Gore; I wept when George W. became President. I have a problem with one extreme branch of one particular group of people, and not with the people themselves. My point, moderated several times, was that I hated to see our troops being abused when returning from duties abroad. Whether we agree with the battles they’re fighting or not should be entirely irrelevant. They put their lives on the line for us and ought to be afforded due respect. I feel the same way when I see our police and firemen being mistreated. It’s a question of decency not race. This is England. This is our home. Those who come here, as with America and Canada, should treat it as their home and respect that home. Our country is not respected, and the litter in every corner of every street and wood should tell you that. Other countries are not the same; other countries do not tolerate such contempt from within. It doesn’t serve any society to have an undercurrent of hatred festering just beneath the surface. My thoughts aren’t based on colour and never have been. Blog and Co. insist I’m being insiduous or deceptive and not saying what I really mean, but that’s simply untrue: I don’t say these things because I don’t feel them in any way. We have a problem in this country and we already have far too many people living here. It’s not that I have hatred for those wishing to move here, regardless of their race, I just love my country more. It really is that simple. There isn’t any other secret agenda.

And now to those who spew the bile. Adampsb is the easiest one to deal with. This one actually went so far as to call me a ‘homophobe’, even though I’d never said a word on or relating to the subject. Obviously, this thorny subject is one of his pet concerns, the reason for which might well be apparent to regular readers. For my part, as virtually all of my artistic interests begin and end with gay men, I couldn’t very well be thrown into the homophobe category. But that’s beside the point. As I’ve recently been forced to make a temporary move to the smoggiest, nastiest dirthole in England, perhaps you and I should meet. This isn’t a challenge, but rather a simple means of giving you the opportunity to say what you need to say; personally, I’d prefer you to say these things straight to my face. We can meet in any public place. You can be the man you need to be, and I’ll give you a crystal clear explanation as to why your degree isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Again, this is the gentlemanly way of doing things; if you don’t accept, then have the strength of character to shut up from this point forth.

The others fall more or less rather tidily into the useless idiot with too much time on their hands category. But there’s one who stands out, and due to this person’s unrelenting attacks against me and all the bitterness and bile those attacks contain, all sense of civility is necessarily set aside.

  174. The worst of us all

Blog will never leave the minepit in his mind. Comments like ‘sinister and creepy’ are borne of fear, the fear of a proper education, the fear of someone, anyone, being ‘better’ than him. I’m in a position to look into the psychology behind words. This man is as utterly transparent as any I’ve ever encountered. I explain myself having been misrepresented by others, but this person’s need to share every detail of his life reads like a constant cry for help. This person is dangerous. Very likely conceived as one, he’s lived his entire life as a drunken mistake. He’s one of the errors in life. This isn’t the type of person even the worst of you would wish to have a drink with in a pub. He feels his inadequacy in everything he is and everything he does. And so he gives us a daily barrage of how he feels about the world. He even goes so far as to insult the Queen and berate Cameron constantly before the man even has a chance to warm his ass in the chair. He spits upon ‘Oxbridge’ for no other reason than he was never bright enough to attend himself. He doesn’t give anyone a chance because he never really had a chance himself. He grew up in an environment where nothing was ever right, everyone else was always to blame, criticism was constantly being directed at every person and every single thing in front of him, and a constant stream of physical and mental abuse no doubt began every morning and sealed his eyes at night. And so in turn he himself must criticise everything before him, and if he’s unable to place a person in one of those pre-designed bins of understanding, he forces them inside anyway like the petulant little thug he is and will always be. Anything beyond his comprehension is ‘right-wing psychodrama’, even though he’s far too thick to know what it means. Had he any wit at all, he’d realise that he himself is everything he supposedly hates. Just because you vote labour and spout the party’s worth at every opportunity, doesn’t mean to say you’re not the worst type of fascist.

Now this redresses the imblance. It should end here. You’ve said your part in bursts and insults over the past several months, and now you’ve had your full response. For heaven’s sake, have the guts to leave it there. You will not win a battle with me.

As so many of you have pointed out, we can say whatever we want here, but that doesn’t mean we always should. There are some people who just don’t fit. If there are attacks, as there have been in the past, then the likely responses are going to hurt us all. Robbo can’t keep this blog running without our help. He’ll need to get sponsors to help meet the basic costs in time, and aside from those offering remedies for erectile dysfunction, it’s hard to see any wishing to be associated with us under the present set of circumstances. There’s a reason why a blog with so many views has been cancelled: please, understand this reason before it’s too late. Banter will always be healthy if our differences are respected; this blog shouldn’t be reduced to a desperate chatroom for a select few who have nowhere else to go. I wouldn’t want to see this venture fail, but it’s going to be impossible to sustain without everyone’s full support. For the good of us all, try to bear this in mind.
